I am holding two 25 minutes relaxation sessions every Wednesday from 12 noon then again at 12.30pm for 25 minutes you can do absolutely nothing but give yourself permission to relax.

Why not come along & learn how to relax. Nothing to do at a lunch time no where to go, nobody asking anything of you.

This is a lunch time group session to help you manage your stress using techniques to help you relax.

I will take you on a guided visualisation which will help your body to heal. This will allow the mind to be at ease, so that it creates a sense of harmony which remains with you throughout the next day or two.

Practicing relaxation techniques has many benefits returning balance to both the mind and body.
